Participate in the Annual Agency Salary Survey by Insurance Journal Today!

Insurance Journal has officially launched its annual Agency Salary Survey, inviting retail insurance agency professionals from the property/casualty sector to take part.

This survey is open to a wide range of professionals, including agency owners, principals, producers, account managers, customer service representatives (CSRs), and support staff. It aims to provide a comprehensive overview of compensation trends across various agency roles and experience levels. Completing the survey takes approximately 15 minutes, and all responses are kept strictly confidential.

As the competition for experienced talent intensifies, understanding compensation benchmarks has become a strategic necessity for agencies. This insight is crucial for recruiting, retaining, and motivating employees. The results from Insurance Journal’s Agency Salary Survey will offer participants an industry-wide perspective on salaries, bonuses, and pay structures.

The aggregated findings will be published in Insurance Journal’s February 23 print magazine, serving as a valuable reference for agency leaders and professionals who are evaluating their compensation packages in relation to peers nationwide.

Insurance agency professionals who are interested in contributing to this year’s survey can participate here.

The deadline to participate is January 28.
