According to CEO David Repinski, “CRU Group has supported our Canadian clients in this space for years, but with the addition of Danny, we will bring a specialty focus to the NFIP, WYO, and private flood markets in the U.S.” This strategic move aims to enhance the firm’s capabilities in addressing the unique challenges posed by flood insurance.

With over two decades of experience in the adjusting field, Sewell will take on the role of vice president for catastrophe and flood services. His expertise includes being a National Flood Insurance Program general adjuster, along with a strong understanding of Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) regulations and various industry certifications.

CRU Group is well-regarded for its comprehensive services, which include loss adjusting, claims management, and staffing solutions tailored for the property and casualty industries across both the U.S. and Canada. Additionally, the firm provides specialized claims administration through Maltman International and is an active member of the Context International global adjusting network.
