With an impressive 27-year career in the insurance industry, Ellison brings a wealth of experience to his new role. He has held leadership positions at several of the nation’s largest insurance brokerage and consulting firms. Most recently, he served as the benefits leader for the national healthcare practice at Risk Strategies Company. Prior to that, he was the area senior vice president for health and welfare consulting at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co.

Throughout his career, Ellison has collaborated with some of the largest hospitals and health systems in the country. His expertise includes advancing direct-to-employer initiatives, executing clinical bundles, and developing clinically integrated network solutions. This extensive background positions him well to enhance Alliant’s offerings in the employee benefits sector.
