Schrager Hampson Aviation Insurance Group (SHAIG) has made a significant move in the aviation insurance sector by acquiring Einstein Insurance Inc., an established agency located in New Castle, Delaware.

As of January 1, 2026, Einstein Insurance Inc. officially became part of the Schrager Hampson Aviation Insurance Agency, a division of SHAIG. This acquisition marks a strategic expansion for SHAIG, enhancing its presence in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Dennis Einstein, the founder of Einstein Insurance Inc., will remain with the firm post-acquisition, ensuring continuity and expertise. Alongside him, Salli Schoening will also continue to serve clients. To further support the integration and service offerings for Einstein Insurance clients, Jessica Petrecz has joined SHAIG as an account executive.

David B. Hampson, president of SHAIG, commented on the acquisition, stating, “This acquisition reflects our disciplined approach to growth and succession.” This marks SHAIG’s seventh acquisition, reinforcing its commitment to expanding its footprint in the aviation insurance market.
