In this pivotal role, Baldrica will spearhead HUB’s national employee benefits sales strategy, focusing on comprehensive growth across its employee benefits services.

With over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, Baldrica has been a valuable asset to HUB since 2014, following the acquisition of Baldrica & Company, a brokerage located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In her new position, she will oversee the implementation of shared service capabilities, enhance talent management, and establish best practices for sales execution throughout HUB.

Ellen Sue Bernards

In addition to Baldrica’s appointment, HUB has welcomed Ellen Sue Bernards to the HUB Complex Risk team as the alternative risk solutions practice leader. This newly created position aims to assist middle-market and large commercial clients in navigating risk financing strategies, including captive insurance, collateral alternatives, and structured risk financing programs.

Bernards brings over 11 years of expertise in alternative risk within the insurance sector. Her experience includes leading captive feasibility assessments and developing structured and integrated programs, as well as collateral mitigation strategies tailored for middle-market and large commercial clients.
