‘Bar Rescue’ host Jon Taffer joins ‘Varney & Co.’ to discuss how weight loss drugs, inflation and rising costs are reshaping America’s restaurant industry.
Darden Restaurants made headlines on Tuesday with the announcement of the closure of its Bahama Breeze chain, which has been in operation for nearly three decades. This decision marks a significant shift for the Orlando-based company, which will permanently shut down 14 of the 28 Bahama Breeze restaurants while converting the remaining locations into other Darden brands.
The restaurants designated for closure will continue to operate until April 5, as stated by Darden. This timeline allows for a smooth transition for employees and customers alike.
