Diessner Promoted to President of Kraus-Anderson Insurance
Jonathan Diessner has been elevated to the position of president at Kraus-Anderson Insurance, one of Minnesota’s largest privately held independent insurance agencies. This agency is part of the Kraus-Anderson family of companies, which offers a comprehensive range of services including construction, real estate, risk management, and advisory services to clients and owners across the nation.

As a third-generation leader in this family-owned enterprise, Diessner began his career with Kraus-Anderson in 2009, initially working in property management with KA Realty. He transitioned to the insurance agency in 2011, where he served as a property and casualty producer.
After successfully building a substantial book of business, Diessner moved into managerial roles, becoming executive vice president in 2020. He succeeded his father, Dennis Diessner, as chief operating officer in January 2024. Under his stewardship, the agency has achieved consecutive record sales years, strategically expanded its team, and fortified long-standing client relationships, many of which have lasted over 40 years.

Before joining Alliant, Quitmeyer served as vice president in the major market health and benefits consulting practice at a global employee benefits and consulting firm. In this capacity, she provided advisory services to large, complex organizations and private equity-backed companies across various industries, including retail, technology, pharmaceuticals, financial services, and manufacturing.
