Methven Takes the Helm as CyberCube’s New CEO, Succeeding Millaire
CyberCube has announced the appointment of Chris Methven as its new CEO, succeeding Pascal Millaire, who has led the cyber risk modeling and analytics firm since its inception as a standalone entity.
Methven has been with CyberCube as the chief growth officer since April 2020. Before joining the company, he served as the chief revenue officer at Achilles, a business specializing in supply chain risk analytics.
“I have spent the last six years working directly with our clients and the wider market,” Methven stated. “I’m very much looking forward to leading the next phase of the company’s growth and development, building on the strong foundations already in place.”

CyberCube was founded in collaboration with Symantec, where Millaire held various executive roles, in 2015. The company has operated independently since 2018. Millaire will continue to contribute in a senior advisory capacity.
CyberCube emphasized that this leadership transition “marks the next phase in the company’s development.” Recently, the firm secured a significant $180 million investment from Spectrum Equity. Alongside this change, former Verisk CEO Scott Stephenson has been appointed chair of the Board of Directors.
Stephenson remarked that Methven’s “deep knowledge of the business means this transition will be seamless for both our people and our clients.” He also expressed gratitude to Millaire, acknowledging his role in steering CyberCube “to a position of strength, providing a platform for future growth.”
In the past year, CyberCube has made significant strides, launching a new tool called Exposure Manager and releasing Version 6.0 of its flagship product, Portfolio Manager.
