Filled Heart Madeleines
In celebration of Valentine’s Day, Costco has introduced heart-shaped madeleines. These soft, buttery sponge cakes are filled with either raspberry or chocolate hazelnut flavors, making them a perfect treat for the season.
Matcha & Chocolate Sandwich Cookies
New sandwich cookies featuring Kyoto Uji matcha and Valrhona chocolate have also made their debut. Each box contains 12 individually wrapped cookies, retailing for approximately $15.
Chinese BBQ-Style Beef Short Ribs
Ruprecht’s Chinese BBQ-style beef short ribs offer a convenient ready-to-eat option. Made with USDA Choice beef, these short ribs contain 12 grams of protein per serving and are finished in a flavorful char siu-style sauce.

Costco’s Tuxedo Chocolate Mousse Cake is receiving a special Valentine’s Day makeover. This dessert features layers of chocolate cake, chocolate and white chocolate mousse, brownie pieces, and chocolate panache, with some stores even icing it with the word “love.”
Meatball Panino
Stuffed Italian-style rolls filled with beef and pork meatballs, marinara, and mozzarella are also available, priced at about $11 for two.
Crispy Kimchi Pancake
Costco’s new premade kimchi pancakes are a quick and tasty option, featuring tangy fermented kimchi and pieces of squid that can be easily pan-cooked.

La Boulangerie has introduced a new frozen bakery item to Costco’s lineup. Each croissant pocket contains 13 grams of protein and is filled with roasted turkey, Swiss cheese, and basil pesto.
