Marsh Names Quest as UK CEO, Succeeding Lay

Insurance broker Marsh has announced the appointment of Lisa Quest as the new UK CEO, effective April 6, 2026. Quest will retain her current role as head of UK and Ireland at Oliver Wyman.

Based in London, Quest will report to Flavio Piccolomini, CEO, International at Marsh. She succeeds Chris Lay, who is retiring. In her new role, Quest will collaborate with the UK’s business CEOs to shape Marsh UK’s commercial strategy, focusing on enhancing client relationships across the company’s four business sectors. Additionally, she aims to develop innovative, data-driven solutions that cater to the diverse UK economy.

Quest joined Oliver Wyman in 2006 and returned in 2013 after a stint as a private equity investor. She has held various leadership roles, including co-head of the Government and Public Institutions Practice in Europe. Her extensive experience encompasses data analytics, workforce development, and organizational design.

Beyond her corporate responsibilities, Quest serves on the Canada-UK Chamber of Commerce Board, lectures at the London School of Economics’ Centre for Risk and Regulation, and is a member of the Leadership Council at National Numeracy. Her work with HM Government addresses critical national priorities, including pay equity and defense financing, and she has contributed to the establishment of new government bodies like the National Wealth Fund.

TMK Taps Carpenter’s Sitki as Cyber Re Underwriter

Tokio Marine Kiln (TMK) has appointed Ben Sitki as an underwriter in its Cyber Reinsurance Solutions team, effective immediately. Sitki will report to Cesar Silvestre, head of Cyber Reinsurance Solutions.

With nearly two decades of re/insurance experience, Sitki specializes in developing cyber solutions for businesses in the Middle East and Africa. He joins TMK from Guy Carpenter, where he served as senior vice president, and has previously worked at Willis Re and Canopius.

This appointment follows the launch of TMK’s cyber reinsurance offering in November, which complements the insurer’s flagship cyber insurance products, TMK Cyber Ctrl and Enterprise Ctrl, an enhanced cyber errors and omissions (E&O) insurance solution.

Everest Promotes 2 Key Leaders in Facultative & Hybrid Re

Everest Group Ltd., the Bermuda-based re/insurer, has made two significant leadership appointments within its Facultative & Hybrid Reinsurance business, enhancing its Global Wholesale & Specialty platform.

Michael Cellura

Michael Cellura has been appointed head of Facultative & Hybrid Reinsurance, reporting to Jason Keen, executive vice president and CEO of Global Wholesale & Specialty Insurance. Since joining Everest in 2022, Cellura has shown strong executive leadership and will now oversee the global facultative and hybrid reinsurance platform, including underwriting strategy and portfolio management.

Trevor Gallagher

Trevor Gallagher has been appointed chief operating officer of Facultative & Hybrid Reinsurance, a newly created role reporting to Cellura. Gallagher will focus on operational execution and platform optimization, supporting the growth and performance of the global business. Since joining Everest in 2023, he has played a key role in enhancing operational discipline and developing the Facultative & Hybrid Reinsurance platform.
