Meet the Panelists
Bob Stephen
is AARP’s Vice President of Caregiving and Health Programs, leading initiatives to support the 63 million family caregivers across the U.S. His extensive background in strategy development and management consulting, combined with an MBA from the University of Chicago, equips him to help older adults live independently. Bob resides in Fairfax, VA, where he enjoys running and recently welcomed his first grandson.
Linda Abbit
is an eldercare professional with over 25 years of experience. She authored The Conscious Caregiver: A Mindful Approach to Caring for Your Loved One Without Losing Yourself and actively supports family caregivers through her workshops and online presence. Recognized for her contributions, Linda believes that “Self-care is NOT selfish!”
Andy Tubman
is a board-certified music therapist and co-founder of SingFit, where he creates therapeutic singing programs for seniors. With over 25 years of experience, Andy has been recognized for his innovative techniques and has presented at major conferences. His work has been featured in publications like Forbes and USA Today.
Meet the Moderator: Tom Kamber
Tom Kamber
is the founder and executive director of Older Adults Technology Services (OATS) from AARP. He has expanded the program to serve over half a million participants annually and has taught courses on technology and social entrepreneurship at Columbia University.
