Mindbodygreen Issues Recall of Multivitamin Due to Child Safety Risk Concerns

Mindbodygreen has issued a recall for certain multivitamin products due to non-compliance with child-resistant packaging standards.

This recall specifically targets Mindbodygreen’s Ultimate Multivitamin+ dietary supplement bottles, which contain iron. Under the Poison Prevention Packaging Act, these supplements are legally required to be packaged in child-resistant containers.

Access to these multivitamins by young children poses a serious risk, potentially leading to severe injury or even death from poisoning.

Approximately 148,370 units of the multivitamins are included in this recall, which was announced on January 29 by both the company and the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).

The affected multivitamin products were sold between November 2021 and November 2025, with prices ranging from $40 to $70, depending on the subscription plan.

Each Mindbodygreen Ultimate Multivitamin+ bottle contains 60 capsules and is packaged in an amber glass bottle with a black cap.

The CPSC advises consumers to immediately secure the recalled bottles out of children’s reach and to contact Mindbodygreen for a free, child-resistant replacement cap. Once the bottles are secured, consumers can continue using the supplements as directed.
