Novi Underwriters has announced the appointment of Jason Binette, James Cinque, and Cody Ruggirello to spearhead its newly launched management liability offering.

The coverage is designed to benefit a wide range of sectors, including auto dealers, fintech companies, manufacturers, retailers, foundations, biotech firms, staffing agencies, entertainment businesses, restaurants, start-ups, and more.

Jason Binette brings over 20 years of management liability underwriting experience to the team. His expertise combines technical precision with product innovation and strong broker relationships. Before joining Novi, Binette led the Employment Practices Liability division at AmTrust Financial, where he was responsible for managing underwriting operations for both standalone and integrated EPLI products across various commercial lines.

James Cinque adds another two decades of experience, merging analytical rigor with strategic growth. Prior to his role at Novi, Cinque served as Assistant Vice President at ANV Global Services. In this capacity, he managed teams and results across a diverse portfolio that included not-for-profit organizations, privately held companies, and publicly traded firms.

Cody Ruggirello contributes more than 10 years of specialty lines underwriting experience. Before joining Novi, Ruggirello was the Underwriting Manager at ANV Global Services, where he led initiatives to enhance profitability while providing support to clients in the not-for-profit, private, and public sectors.
