In this newly established role, Rodriguez will concentrate on enhancing EPIC’s real estate footprint by overseeing various initiatives, including program design, strategic partnerships, and operational infrastructure.

Rodriguez, who is located in Charlotte, North Carolina, brings over 15 years of extensive experience in real estate risk management and program development. Prior to her role at EPIC, she was instrumental in leading the residential segment specialization at Willis Tower Watson within its real estate vertical. Additionally, she served as the global real estate risk manager for Brookfield Asset Management.

AXA XL Appoints Carnazza Head of Construction Property, Americas

AXA XL, headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut, has appointed Greg Carnazza as the head of construction property for its Americas region. Based in Atlanta, Carnazza transitions to AXA XL from AIG, where he held the position of head of underwriting for U.S. Builders Risk.

With over a decade of experience in property and construction risk management, Carnazza will be responsible for developing and executing AXA XL’s construction property strategies across the Americas. His focus will be on innovative risk transfer solutions, strengthening client relationships, and enhancing underwriting capabilities.

Wischmeyer Joins Marsh’s Digital Infrastructure Practice as Senior Advisor

Dereck Wischmeyer

Marsh, located in New York City, has welcomed Dereck Wischmeyer as a senior advisor within its global digital infrastructure industry practice. Wischmeyer will lead Marsh’s contract strategy, which encompasses leases, customer agreements, vendor contracts, and partnerships.

With over 12 years of specialized legal and commercial expertise in the digital infrastructure and data center ecosystem, Wischmeyer previously served as general counsel for Ark Data Centers. His extensive background also includes roles as executive vice president and general counsel of Everstream Solutions, where he managed risk, acquisitions, integrations, and refinancing, along with legal positions at Crown Castle and Lightower Networks.
