Insurance technology provider Zywave has recently unveiled an innovative agentic AI strategy, introducing what it claims to be the industry’s first suite of insurance-specialized AI agents. This groundbreaking initiative aims to revolutionize how insurance companies operate, enabling them to achieve remarkable levels of revenue growth and productivity.

To tackle various market challenges, Zywave has launched a suite of intelligent agents designed to convert growth targets into tangible opportunities. These agents serve as a performance multiplier for businesses, working around the clock to support leading organizations in the insurance sector. The suite includes:

  • Prospect Identification Agent: This agent connects seamlessly to your Management System, enriching existing customer and policy data with essential details such as websites, NAICS/SIC codes, company size, and revenue. It also recommends the best new prospects for each producer, helping to define Ideal Customer Profiles.
  • Lead Sourcing & Scoring Agent: Utilizing the Ideal Customer Profile, this agent identifies top prospects from the miEdge database, providing trusted contact information like emails and phone numbers. Prospects are ranked based on buying intent indicators, including upcoming renewals and recent broker changes.
  • Research & Enrichment Agent: This agent gathers data on prospective households and companies, identifies current coverages, and personalizes messages using real-time news. It also shares insights about both household and company prospects.
  • Outreach & Optimization Agent: This agent crafts personalized email outreach for each prospect, utilizing pre-built campaign sequences from Zywave’s extensive content library. It tracks engagement metrics and recommends optimizations to enhance results.

These agents are currently available to select early customers and are set to be generally available in the first quarter of 2026. Additional AI agents will be rolled out throughout 2026, focusing on new business and renewal quoting automation, as well as benchmarking policy and coverage design.
