The lawsuit accuses the restaurant of negligence, claiming it failed to ensure that the toilet was “properly secured to the floor.” Green further asserts that the establishment created “an unreasonably dangerous condition to members of the public.”
In light of his injuries, Green is seeking $50,000 in damages from the popular Aussie-American steakhouse chain.

This incident is not isolated; Florida has seen its share of toilet-related mishaps. For instance, Dunkin’ faced a lawsuit after a man claimed that a toilet at one of its Florida locations exploded in 2022, leaving him covered in “human feces and urine.” He described the experience as “traumatic,” resulting in extensive psychological damage that necessitated intensive therapy.
