In a significant food safety alert, over 38,000 cases of frozen tater tots sold across 26 states are being recalled due to concerns that they may contain plastic fragments.
McCain Foods USA Inc., headquartered in Idaho, has voluntarily recalled approximately 38,853 cases of frozen tater tot products, including popular brands like Ore-Ida Tater Tots and Sysco Imperial Potato Tater Barrels. This action follows an announcement from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
