Meta Blocks ‘ICE List’ Website That Claims to Identify DHS Employees and Agents

Meta has taken a significant step by blocking users from sharing links to a controversial website known as “ICE List.” This site allegedly published thousands of names of Department of Homeland Security (DHS) employees, including immigration enforcement agents.

Launched in 2025, the site claims to “document federal immigration enforcement, preserve evidence, and maintain a public record for accountability.” However, critics argue that this document dump could be classified as doxxing, raising serious ethical concerns.

The website details incidents, agencies, individuals, facilities, vehicles, and legal authorities involved in enforcement operations. Its creators assert that the list “is intended for use by journalists, researchers, advocates, and the general public.”

A spokesperson for Meta informed Fox News Digital that this action aligns with its existing privacy policy. The company removes content that shares or solicits private information, whether on its platforms or through external links.

This private information may include personal contact details, government IDs of law enforcement, military, or security personnel, and residential addresses. Meta emphasized that it has previously restricted content that violates its standards on sharing private information, asserting that this policy is longstanding and not politically motivated.

The spokesperson added, “If we identify any additional instances of personally identifiable information (PII) being shared, we will promptly take appropriate action in accordance with our policies and procedures to protect user privacy and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.”

The site gained traction following the fatal shooting of 37-year-old Renee Nicole Good by an ICE agent in Minneapolis on January 7. Shortly after, Alex Pretti, a 37-year-old ICU nurse, was also fatally shot by Border Patrol agents, leading to bipartisan condemnation.

THE FAR-LEFT NETWORK THAT HELPED PUT ALEX PRETTI IN HARM’S WAY, THEN MADE HIM A MARTYR

DHS initially claimed that Pretti approached federal agents while armed with a 9 mm pistol and “violently resisted” when they attempted to disarm him. However, witness videos appeared to show Pretti attending to a woman who had been knocked down by agents when he was sprayed with an irritant, pushed to the ground, and beaten, as previously reported by Fox News Digital.

In a dramatic moment, an officer was seen pulling a gun from Pretti’s waistband just moments before he was shot by Border Patrol agents. State officials later confirmed that Pretti had a lawful permit to carry.

Gun rights groups, including the NRA and National Association for Gun Rights, criticized the Trump administration’s response to the shooting, urging politicians not to “mak[e] generalizations” or “demonize law-abiding citizens.”

Despite DHS Secretary Kristi Noem labeling the shooting an act of “domestic terrorism,” court records obtained by Fox News Digital indicate that Pretti had no criminal record aside from minor traffic violations.

DHS is currently leading the investigation into the shooting, with assistance from the FBI. As of now, DHS and ICE have not responded to Fox News Digital’s requests for comment.
